- Total compensation will consist of the combination of a base salary + commission on your caseload + quarterly bonus potential.
- Master's degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a Minnesota-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP)
- Board-approved licensure supervisor (BBHT, BOSW, BMFT, BP)
- 2+ years in the field, some leadership skills desired but not required
- Exhibit good judgement, honesty, integrity, responsibility, time management, and punctuality.
- Ability to analyze issues and suggest or determine solutions in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficient in utilizing computers, typing, and navigating multiple applications/systems simultaneously such as Microsoft Office products, EHR systems, etc.
- Maintains strict confidentiality handling client information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and Ellie policies
- Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture
- Coordinate with Clinical Operations Director to support the hiring process, including interviewing and onboarding
- Facilitate in building a creative positive work culture that aligns with Ellie values
- Supervision and Consultation providing training, documentation review, and ongoing developmental support
- Client care and maintaining your own agreed upon caseload of X client sessions per week
- Clinic oversight, evaluating clinic performance and client satisfaction
- Co-Facilitate 245i consultation groups, including documentation

Company Structure
Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
