- Evaluating clients and constructing mental health diagnosis, creating and maintaining treatment plans, completing ongoing documentation, and billing (to some extent).
- Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field in Georgia
- Candidates should have associate, clinical licensure, or be on licensure track (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Georgia
- Required experience with completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
