We are looking to bring on an experienced LCSW-C specializing with Child and Adolescents to join our team at the Owings Mills.
The perfect candidate will be comfortable seeing 18- 20 clients per week, while providing supervision to a team of pre-licensed therapists. This role has advancement opportunities as the practice continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a self-starter comfortable working in a high-paced environment.
- Have a strong resume with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a fee-for-service private practice.
- Maintain a weekly client caseload of 18- 20 patients.
- Thrive in a performance-based compensation environment.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Master’s degree with current licensure in the state of Maryland as an LCSW and be a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor.
- Available to be on-site 3-4 days per week to provide oversight to clinical staff and see patients.
- Passionate about quality evidence-based treatment and contributing to the field by training and supervising others.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
- Excellent time management skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Supervision and Consultation
- Provide clinical oversight to pre licensed therapists.
Client Care
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
