Ellie Mental Health- Katy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Maintain 25 completed client sessions a week while consistently having 35 hours open for scheduling on your weekly calendar.
- Consistently attend the biweekly team meetings, as well as the monthly 1 on 1 meetings with the Clinic Director.
- Assure client paperwork is completed correctly and that any required legal documents have been obtained, reviewed, and sessions implemented accordingly. (All guardians, parents, or custodians, must have completed and signed paperwork for a minor)
- Complete all session charges, notes, and recording of sessions within 48 hours.
- Create and consistently update appropriate treatment plans for each client.
- Assist clinical team in marketing efforts, including but not limited to; social media posts and videos, public speaking opportunities, community outreach opportunities, etc.
- Help maintain a clean, aesthetically pleasing, and collaborative environment within the office.
- Review and familiarize themselves with the Ellie Mental Health - Katy Operations Manual and Handbook.
- Complete the annual HIPAA and Security Trainings through Accountable.
- Communicate any schedule changes or planned time off in a timely and responsible manner.
- Other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Master’s degree or higher in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
- Candidates will need full clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). We WILL consider associates.
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Passion for and knowledge of various mental health areas, diagnoses, and modalities
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels before their start date
- Consistent support from staff and administrative team to manage scheduling, client communication, and marketing efforts.
- Compensation at a base pay of $20 per hour in addition to a commission rate based on your level of experience, paid upon the receipt of payment for services.
- Monthly paid meeting and admin time based on your base pay of 2 team meetings, 1 individual meeting with the clinic director, 2 marketing hours, and 2 hours of admin time a week to be utilized for paperwork and client communication.
