About the Role
We're seeking a Trauma Focused Therapist who is passionate about helping clients heal and grow. We're especially interested in clinicians with experience in EMDR, Brainspotting, trauma-focused therapy, or other trauma-informed approaches.
Preferred Licensure
- LPC or ALC
- LCSW or LMSW
- LMFT or LMFT-A
- Clinicians expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply

What You'll Do
- Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapy
- Use evidence-based and creative therapeutic interventions
- Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training
Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
- Active Alabama licensure or associate-level registration
- 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
- Experience with EMDR, Brainspotting, or other evidence-based trauma treatments preferred
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance billing, and community resources

Compensation: $53,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
