- Provide individual therapy to teens and adults; experience with children, couples, or families is a plus
- Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation

- Maintain healthy professional boundaries and high standards of client care
- Master’s degree in social work
- Active Michigan LPC license with full clinical licensure
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

- Private-practice experience preferred
- Comfort using Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems; Valant experience is a plus
- Leadership or clinical supervision experience is welcomed but not required
- Provide in-office counseling at least four days per week
- Offer some evening or Saturday availability
- Participate in regular meetings with team and the Clinical Director

Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
