- Manage and oversee the offshore billing team and day-to-day revenue cycle workflows.
- Monitor unresolved billing and claims issues, including aging, denials, COB, patient balances, and missing follow-up.
- Coordinate resolution of billing concerns raised by clinicians and patients and make sure updates are provided.
- Track open items, deadlines, owners, and next steps, and hold team members accountable for completion.
- Identify delayed or unresolved issues and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate across billing, clinical leadership, patient access, vendors, and other internal teams.
- Prepare recurring payroll and operational reports for leadership.
- Support psych testing, medication management, and new-location operational workflows.
- Provide regular updates on open issues, team performance, and operational concerns.
- Remain responsive during scheduled working hours and work from the Bethesda office at least two days per week.
- Prior clinic revenue cycle or healthcare billing experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience managing offshore teams strongly preferred.
- Strong delegation, follow-up, and accountability skills.
- Fast learner with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proactive communicator who provides updates without needing to be asked.
- Strong Excel, reporting, and data skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and workflows at the same time.
- Experience with multi-location healthcare operations, mental health practices, EMRs, CRMs, or payroll systems preferred.
