About the Role:
Join Ellie Mental Health as a Client Financial Services Coordinator in Clifton Park, NY, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' financial needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a compassionate environment dedicated to mental health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client billing and payment processing efficiently and accurately.
- Assist clients with insurance verification and benefits inquiries.
- Coordinate financial documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding financial questions.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and compliance regulations.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services or billing roles.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes and mental health billing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
About Us:

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
