About the Role
We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist or Registered Intern Therapist to join our Lake Worth team, providing individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically skilled, and thrives in a culture built on autonomy, creativity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop/implement treatment plans
- Maintain a minimum caseload and complete clinical documentation per company policy
- Provide clinical interventions to reduce symptoms and improve clients' daily functioning
- Deliver excellent client care while collaborating with case managers, families, medical staff, and colleagues
- Apply creative, evidence-based approaches to help clients meet therapeutic goals
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training
- Communicate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Uphold ethical standards and comply with Ellie policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active FL license: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or Registered Intern (RMHCI/RCSWI/RMFTI)
- Current NPI number
- Valid Florida driver's license and insurability under company policy
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis-intervention skills
- Excellent written documentation, communication, and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Creative, innovative approach to therapy
- Familiarity with community resources and insurance billing
