About the Role

You may start full-time or begin part-time and transition to full-time as your caseload builds. We value flexibility and collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Maintain a caseload of 20–25 client sessions per week (adjusted based on supervision load)
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with policy
• Provide creative, effective interventions tailored to client goals
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and internal team members
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Provide weekly supervision to graduate-level therapists

Requirements
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field
• Active mental health license in the District of Columbia
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive per-session clinical rate
• 20% of supervisee session rate for each supervision hour provided
