What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions
- Develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans
- Complete clinical documentation and case notes
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Use creative and effective interventions to help clients achieve their goals
- Support Ellie’s mission of expanding access to mental health care in the community
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active independent license to provide mental health therapy is preferred
- Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Strong clinical skills and professional boundaries
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health record systems
- Insurance credentialing preferred for fully licensed clinicians

Compensation: $74,000.00 - $86,400.00 per year
