What We’re Looking For
- Licensed therapists in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC, LSW, PsyD)
- Minimum of 4 years of client-facing outpatient experience
- Passion for mental health, reducing stigma, and increasing access to care
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
- Ability to complete initial intake assessments, ongoing assessments, and treatment planning
- Commitment to collaboration, authenticity, and professional growth
Compensation & Position Details
1099 Independent Contractor position (no benefits) with competitive, transparent compensation and flexible scheduling.
Compensation examples (monthly estimates):
- 25–28 clients/week: approximately $5,500–$6,160 per month
- 15–18 clients/week: approximately $3,300–$3,960 per month
Compensation varies based on insurance panels, reimbursement rates, and timing of insurance reimbursements.
Opportunity to Transition to W-2:
After maintaining a caseload of 25 or more clients per week, clinicians may opt to transition to a W-2 employee position, which includes eligibility for benefits.
