Mental Health Therapist (Outpatient)

Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists who value excellent client care and a collaborative clinical environment. Primary Responsibilities
As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will:
- Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations (approximately 25 sessions per week)
- Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active clinical license (PLMHP, LMFT, LPCC, LIMHP, LMPH, LICSW, LP, etc.)
- Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism
- Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR); Valant experience a plus

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
