About the Role
We're seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. You'll have the opportunity to provide client-centered therapy while working with a diverse client population and bringing your own creativity and personality to the work.
What You'll Do
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
- Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate care with families, case managers, medical providers, schools, and other supports as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
- Use creative interventions to help clients make meaningful progress
- Support the overall mission and success of the clinic
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
- Active Georgia LPC license
- 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
- Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
- Valant experience is a plus
- Insurance credentialing experience is preferred
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening
- A good sense of humor is definitely a plus!
