At Ellie, we take care of the behind-the-scenes operations like intake calls, client matching, insurance billing, and admin tasks — so you can focus on what you do best: providing world-class therapy.

What You'll Do
- Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and documentation
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 session hours per week (for full-time)
- Deliver creative, client-centered therapy services
- Collaborate with a fun and supportive clinical team
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Active clinical license in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, RSWI, RMHCI)
- Experience with treatment planning, diagnostics, and progress documentation
- Comfortable with diverse client populations
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
- Experience with EHR systems and computer systems (Valant is a plus)
