We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our new location opening in Glens Falls, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our clients lives in a supportive, clinician-first environment. - Provide individual therapy services to individuals, families, and couples using evidence-based treatment modalities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community services to support clients' overall well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing clinical supervision
- Build a safe, trusting therapeutic environment that supports mental health and development
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active or eligible New York State licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
- Active or eligible for Diagnostic Privilege
- Experience working with individuals, families, and couples in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or play therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation
- Compassionate, culturally competent, and trauma-informed approach to care
