What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Changing Lives)
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Develop treatment plans and diagnoses that actually fit people’s lives.
- Maintain case notes and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a supportive team that enjoys working together.
- Carry a caseload of 25–30 weekly billable sessions, with built-in flexibility.
What You Bring to the Table
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
- Active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD.
- Strong skills in treatment planning and clinical documentation.
- A passion for mental health and openness to innovative, client-centered care.
