We’re especially interested in clinicians with EMDR or Brainspotting experience and a passion for trauma-informed care. Experience with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families is welcome.
🧰 What You’ll Do
Depending on your specialty and caseload, you’ll:
- Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality therapy
- Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with families, schools, community resources, and other providers
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians through consultation and team discussions
- Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain a minimum of 27 sessions per week for full-time positions
What You’ll Need
- Tennessee licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
- Temporary license holders may also be considered
- Experience with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
- Comfort with clinical documentation and insurance billing
- Familiarity with community resources
- Trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy experience preferred
- Credentialed or able to become credentialed with insurance panels
