If you are energized by the idea of building something impactful, enjoy working with a pediatric population, and thrive in an environment that values autonomy, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, and determination, we’d love to meet you.

The Role
As a key member of our growing team, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults.
  • Provide clear, compassionate treatment recommendations to families.
  • Administer, score, and interpret psychological measures with precision.
  • Write thorough, insightful evaluation reports that inform care and empower families.
  • Deliver meaningful feedback sessions and collaborate with other providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Partner with schools when needed, offering recommendations and guidance around IEPs/504 plans.
  • Play an integral role in shaping our clinical testing program—your vision and expertise will directly influence its success.

What We Value
We are more than just a clinic—we are a team driven by a mission to expand access to high-quality mental health care. We don’t just want someone to fill a role; we want a clinician who shares our vision of filling gaps in the community and creating life-changing outcomes for families.
