We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and their families. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and shape a new diagnostic testing program within a supportive, forward-thinking practice.
As a key member of our growing team, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Provide clear, compassionate treatment recommendations to families.
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological measures with precision.
- Write thorough, insightful evaluation reports that inform care and empower families.
- Deliver meaningful feedback sessions and collaborate with other providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Partner with schools when needed, offering recommendations and guidance around IEPs/504 plans.
- Play an integral role in shaping our clinical testing program—your vision and expertise will directly influence its success.

- Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Maryland (or license-eligible).
- Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Completion of an APA-approved clinical internship.
- Experience in pediatric psychological evaluations.
- Familiarity with school systems, IEP/504 processes, and collaborative care.
- Strong writing skills and ability to communicate complex results in a compassionate, family-friendly manner.
