Are you a passionate and fully licensed LMSW Mental Health Therapist ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a compassionate and dynamic individual to join our team in Clinton Township. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth clinical supervisory responsibilities, reporting directly to the Clinic Director.

- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans
- Provide top-tier customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Use creativity and innovation in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
- Supervise and support Limited Licensed clinicians
- Assist the Clinic Director with various tasks and responsibilities (your role will evolve as the clinic grows!)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
- Active LMSW licensure (must maintain full clinical licensure)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus but not required
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Ability to model and maintain healthy boundaries with clients
- Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience is a plus!)
- Experience working with children, teens, and/or couples is a bonus!
- Full-time therapists are expected to maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
- While there is some flexibility for partial remote work, in-office counseling is required bat least 4 days/week
- You must be willing to work with teens and families
- Some evening and Saturday hours may be required, with flexibility to choose your preferred schedule
- Regular one-on-one meetings with the Clinical Director and monthly team meetings
- Professionally designed office space to create a comfortable, welcoming environment
- Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000+ depending on experience and caseload
