About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Manage patient billing inquiries.
- Process insurance verification.
- Maintain organized patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient communications.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and billing processes.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to optimize revenue cycle.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in healthcare administration preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in medical billing or administrative roles.
- Understanding of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
