About the Role
We're seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists passionate about working with veterans, active-duty service members, military families, and first responders.
The ideal clinician is comfortable working with trauma and higher-acuity concerns, understands the unique needs of these populations, and provides evidence-based, compassionate care.
Preferred Licensure
- LPC or LPC Associate
- LCSW or LMSW
- LMFT or LMFT Associate
- Associate clinicians should have at least 2 years of experience and be within 6 months of full licensure
Experience & Training
- 1–2 years of experience with veterans and/or first responders
- Experience treating PTSD, trauma, or crisis-related concerns
- Training in trauma-focused interventions such as EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, or ART
- Ability to work with military and first responder families and spouses
- Military cultural competency training or willingness to complete training
Advanced trauma training and additional evidence-based certifications are highly valued.
What You'll Do
- Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy
- Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Coordinate care with families, providers, and community supports
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Texas licensure or associate-level licensure
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to successfully complete a background check

Compensation: $58,260.46 - $80,000.00 per year
