We're seeking a unique, passionate, and authentic therapist or psychologist to join our vibrant Nashville West team! If you thrive in a fun, creative, flexible, and compassionate culture and share our mission to provide high-quality mental health care in Middle Tennessee, we’d love to meet you.
- Fully licensed in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD (we will consider temporary licenses as well)
- Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
- Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy preferred
- Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
- Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels
- Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans
- Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation
- Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
- Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
- Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 sessions/week (for full-time)

Ellie clinics are independently owned franchises. If hired, you’ll be employed by the Nashville West franchise owner—not Ellie Family Services, PLLP, or its affiliates. Employment terms are set by the local franchise.

Company Structure
Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time! So we created a new model: one that puts flexibility, innovative decision-making, creativity, and our people first, while remaining a socially conscious and responsible for-profit business focused on changing how we treat mental health.
