What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy based on clinical experience and training
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings and professional development activities
- Build and maintain a consistent clinical caseload
- Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum of 25 client visits per week
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from independently licensed clinicians, including:
- Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
- Equivalent independent clinical licenses that meet Virginia requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
- Current independent license in good standing (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) in Virginia or eligibility for Virginia licensure
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional and ethical boundaries
- Comfortable working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (Valant experience is a plus)
