Position can be in person, hybrid, or remote.
Our group mental health practice in centrally located in Bellevue’s in a beautiful park-like setting. We’re looking for fully licensed therapists that are flexible to work during evening hours, or weekend hours.
This opportunity is intended as a part-time opportunity (with about 13-15 billable hours per week), but can grow to full time (25 billable hours per week).
- Flexibility and Autonomy: Focus on what you do best—providing excellent clinical care— on a schedule that suits you and your clients. We handle the marketing, referrals, scheduling, insurance, and billing for you!
- Community and Connection: Case consults, socials throughout the year, and the support of a wonderful Clinical Director.
- Thoughtful Designed Offices: Our spaces are beautiful in design with stylish furnishings and accents.
- Snack Attack — A brag-worthy breakroom, stocked with snacks and drinks!
- W2 Compensation, Paid Bi-Weekly: Clinicians can expect W2 earnings in the $54-60 per billable hour.
- Potential for More: There’s a potential for higher earnings as you grow with Ellie and as Ellie grows in Bellevue.
- Master’s Level Degree or higher in a related field.
- Full, unencumbered licensure in Washington (LMFT, LHMC, LICSW).
- Self-motivated, self-aware and self-disciplined, with a commitment to results, continuous improvement, strong relationships, kindness, and inclusivity.
- Ability to commute to our Bellevue office, as needed.
- Bonus if you have training in EMDR, IFS, DBT, CPT, TF-CBT, Gottman, IFS, EFCT, IPT, PCT, or ART, or are transferring an existing case load.

Company Structure
Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
