What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group therapy for children, teens, and families
- Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation
- Maintain a caseload of 25–30 clients (full-time)
- Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven team
What You Need
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Active Maryland clinical license
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems
Compensation
$68,000–$90,000 per year (full-time), depending on experience and caseload.
