Ellie Mental Health - Space Coast is growing and we've recently expanded to our second location. We are looking for high-energy licensed therapists for our new Riverside location who are seeking an exciting, new opportunity to serve a diverse client population of all ages.

Ellie Mental Health - Space Coast is structured to remove many of the daily obstacles of a provider by offering centralized support for inquiries, scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance contracting, billing and collections. Our providers get to focus on what they love most – providing world-class mental health services. We seek a diverse community of therapists to collaborate and support one another. Certifications and/or training in psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, QS, and play therapy are a plus. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities and Duties
· Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to clinic policy
· Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling access gaps in our community
· Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
· Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per clinic guidelines
Required Qualifications and Skills
· Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
· Candidates must have a clinical license in the state of Florida (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW)
· Required experience with completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans and clinical case notes
· Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
· Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
· Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base of all ages
· Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
