Centrally located < 1 ml. from the Route 95 and Route 93 intersection, our newly established center is geographically accessible to clinicians and clients, alike. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed or license eligible in MA. They will align with our Person-centered philosophy rooted in core values of acceptance, empathy, and authenticity, and will share our passion for improving access to quality mental health services for all. Proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health, we are seeking individuals in pursuit of overcoming obstacles still wedged in between behavioral health systems, and those in need.

- Clinical supervision provided, as needed
- Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week, if full-time status
- Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
- Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
- Candidates must hold clinical licensure or be working toward licensure, in MA
- Candidates must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Candidates must work within a multi-cultural lens
- Candidates must be proficient in Electronic Health Record systems
- Candidates with interest in treating children and families is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are a plus

Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
