What You’ll Do
As an Outpatient Therapist, you’ll:
🔹 Conduct mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
🔹 Provide exceptional therapy services while collaborating with a team dedicated to closing mental health gaps in the community
🔹 Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
🔹 Maintain accurate documentation (diagnoses, treatment plans, case notes)
🔹 Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week (for full-time status)
🔹 Coordinate with families, case managers, medical professionals, school staff, and other support networks
🔹 Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
🔹 Provide exceptional therapy services while collaborating with a team dedicated to closing mental health gaps in the community
🔹 Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals

Who We’re Looking For
✅ Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
✅ On track for or currently licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LIMHP, LMPH, LICSW, LP, etc.)
✅ Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
✅ Ability to maintain healthy professional boundaries with clients
✅ Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Valant experience a plus!)
✅ Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels
✅ On track for or currently licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LIMHP, LMPH, LICSW, LP, etc.)
✅ Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
✅ Ability to maintain healthy professional boundaries with clients

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
