Ellie Mental Health is growing in Tennessee, and we’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to make a difference without getting lost in a mountain of unnecessary administrative work.
Our goal is simple: make quality mental health care more accessible while creating a workplace where clinicians can actually enjoy what they do.
Your Ellie Day Might Look Like…
Helping a client work through a tough season.
Creating a treatment plan that actually fits the person—not just the paperwork.
Trying a creative intervention.
Collaborating with your team.
And, of course, writing your notes. 😉
You’ll be responsible for:
- Assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing quality outpatient therapy
- Completing timely clinical documentation and case notes
- Maintaining at least 27 to 32 client visits per week
- Using creative approaches to help clients reach their goals
- Coordinating care with families, case managers, schools, employers, medical professionals, and other providers
- Participating in clinical meetings and trainings
- Supporting other clinic needs as they arise
🧩 Are You an Ellie Fit?
We’re looking for someone with:
- A master's degree in behavioral science or a related field
- Current LCSW licensure
- Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to establish healthy professional boundaries
- Comfort working with diverse clients
- Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems
- Valant experience is a plus
- Ideally, credentialing with insurance panels
- A willingness to bring some personality to the therapy room
