We're looking for a Clinical Social Worker/ LPC-MHSP who is compassionate, creative, authentic, and ready to be part of an enthusiastic clinical team.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary focus will be providing excellent care to your clients while becoming an active part of our clinical community.
You'll have the opportunity to:

Meet with clients and develop a strong understanding of their individual needs
Complete clinical assessments and determine appropriate diagnoses
Create personalized treatment plans and measurable therapeutic goals
Provide individual, family, couples, or other appropriate outpatient services
Use creative, evidence-informed approaches to help clients make meaningful progress
Maintain accurate clinical notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other required records
Communicate with families, schools, medical providers, case managers, and other professionals when coordination of care if needed
Participate in team consultations, clinical meetings, trainings, and professional development
Build a sustainable full-time caseload of approximately 27-32 client sessions per week
Contribute ideas that make the clinic a better place for both clients and clinicians

What We're Looking For

The right person will have:

A master's degree in social work or a related behavioral health field
An active Tennessee LCSW license/ Licensed Professional Counselor
Experience providing clinical assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to establish appropriate professional boundaries
Comfort working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences
Experience using electronic health record systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
Valant experience is a bonus
Insurance credentialing or the ability to become credentialed with applicable insurance panels

Compensation: $76,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
