- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop, implement, and maintain personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our advanced EHR systems.
- Conduct a minimum of 25 client sessions per week with a diverse clientele—and the flexibility to see more if desired.
- Utilize creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to filling community gaps in mental health care.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings, training, supervision, and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure continuity of care by effectively managing your assigned client caseload.
- Engage in community involvement and maintain strong professional relationships.

Educational Background:
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required. A licensed Supervisor is a plus!
- Demonstrated experience with intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case documentation.
- Proficiency with Apple products, EHR systems (Valant is a plus!), Telehealth, and other digital platforms.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
- Background check.
- Willingness to work in our Upper St. Clair office for at least part of the week.

Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
