- Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program.
- License/Certification: MN Licensed Psychologist (LP) licensure.
- Psychological assessment experience required and experience with adult ASD/ADHD testing is preferred.
- Exhibit good communication, judgement, honesty, integrity, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals.
- Proficient in utilizing computers, typing, learning, and navigating multiple applications/systems simultaneously including electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Calendar, Teams Chat, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Maintain strict confidentiality handling client information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and Ellie policies.
- Demonstrate awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture.
- Provide psychological assessments to adults by administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests/assessments.
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessment reports that summarize findings, diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
- Provide feedback sessions with assessment results to clients and their families.
- Completion of 4+ assessments per week in order to maintain full-time status with a two-week completion time from the initial visit.
- Participate in psychologist consult group twice per month.
- Interact with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, or vocational development.
- Refer clients to specialists, institutions, and/or support services as necessary.
- Provide consultation services to referring therapists or med management providers.

Company Structure
Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
