Compensation: $62,000 – $112,000 annually
We Offer:
- Unique pay model with industry leading compensation & uncapped earning potential

- Free weekly individual and group supervision as needed for licensure

Required Qualifications:
- Candidates should have clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) or be working towards this – pre-licensed are welcome!
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
