Ellie Mental Health supports its therapist in developing and implementing new interventions to enhance the mental health field and patient care.
Clinicians are welcome to bring their unique clinical skills and modalities. We encourage our clinicians to create a schedule that works for them, with flexibility and autonomy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mental health practices and communicate effectively with patients in an outpatient setting.

A competitive income potential of $63,500 to $90,000 per year comprised of a base salary and commission

- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
- Provide therapeutic services for clients of all ages and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
- For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including behavioral and trauma therapy, and incorporate select methods with clients.
- Address gender issues in counseling sessions, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.

- The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience in outpatient settings and be skilled in a range of therapeutic modalities.
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
- Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, etc.) or be on track to licensure. (pre-licensed providers)
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!).
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
- Self-motivated Mental Health Clinician who is looking for the flexibility of private practice, but with the support of a team.
