- Conduct mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain a caseload of up to 28 client sessions per week
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Utilize creative and engaging interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sessions, including case notes, treatment plan reviews, and diagnoses
- Coordinate services with external providers (e.g., case managers, schools, medical personnel) when needed
- Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team-building events
- Other responsibilities as needed to support your role and our mission
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid Pennsylvania-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Experience in developing treatment plans, completing clinical case notes, and conducting mental health assessments
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and families
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries with clients
- Familiarity with diverse client populations and a commitment to cultural competence
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
- This is an in-person position located at our Exton, PA clinic

Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
