- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- LPC-Associates, LMSW, LMFT-Associates with @ least 2 years of experience & in the process of pursuing licensure. NOTE: MUST BE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OR LESS AWAY FROM FULL LICENSURE.
- LPC, LCSW & LMFTs with or without an existing caseload
- 1 - 2 years of experience in working with veterans and or first responders
- Basic & advanced training of trauma theories such as EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, ART required
- Develop and organize clinical services and therapy based on needs of military and first responders population, families and spouses.
- Trauma trained
- Treatment of PTSD and Crisis Care
- Advanced training in one evidence based treatment for trauma conditions preferred (CPT, TF-CBT, EMDR, ART)
- Military Cultural Competency Courses completed or willing to complete
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis (please know how to utilize the DSM-5, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy)
- Maintain a minimum of caseload of at least 28 patient visits per week
- Comfort & familiarity in working with a diverse client base
- Actively participate in marketing and referral development activities where needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients & utilize creativity in interventions to help them achieve their goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
- Other duties as assigned
