- Assessing mental health diagnoses and implementing clinical treatment plans and progress notes according to company policy
- Maintaining updated, accurate documentation utilizing Ellie platforms and EHR.
- A minimum of 15 to 20 client sessions per week
- Working alongside your Clinic Director and Ellie team to identify mental health needs and trends, and ways to engage in community outreach
- Developing creative interventions to help clients navigate personal stories and reach goals effectively
- Ensuring continuity of care through knowledge of additional resources in the community (i.e. case managers, schools, medical providers, etc)
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community involvement/engagement
- Candidates are required to have at least a masters degree in the mental/behavior health sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or associate licensure (LAPC, LSW, LAMFT) are preferred, but we will also consider enthusiastic clinicians with at least 3 years of clinical experience, who are currently seeking licensure
- Experience completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical progress notes
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to manage schedule effectively and complete required documentation within expected timeframes
- Familiarity with various treatment modalities and experience working with diverse populations (all ages and backgrounds!)
- General knowledge of electronic health records (Valant is a plus!) in addition to comfort working with other web-based and software platforms

Company Structure
Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
