Job Summary:
Join the Ellie Mental Health Rock Hill family as a Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist! We’re seeking creative, compassionate, and authentic pre-licensed professionals to provide innovative therapy services in a fun, supportive, and provider-first environment. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize creativity in evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Must schedule a minimum of 30 client visits per week to account for cancellations or no shows.
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client visits per week.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates must have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LISW, etc.) in good standing for the state of South Carolina.
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Fully Licensed Clinicians credentialed with insurance panels.
- Proficiency in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes in a timely manner.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work with a diverse client base within professional scope.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Compensation: $64,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
