What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient therapy for a diverse client base.
- Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Use creativity in interventions to help clients reach their goals.
- Collaborate with families, schools, other professionals, and other duties as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 client visits per week for part-time status.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral science field.
- Licensure: LMFT, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist (or on track for licensure).
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain healthy boundaries.
- Comfort working with diverse populations.
- Tech-savvy (Office 365 and EHR experience; Valant is a plus!).
- Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance.
