- Clinical Assessments and Therapy: Help build and sustain a practice focused on clinical assessments and maintain a modest client caseload.
- Psychological Assessments: Together with our Director of Clinical Psychology, conduct a limited caseload of Assessments for our clients.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship to Associate licensed therapists, review case notes, and ensure high standards of client care and documentation.
- Billing Supervision: In conjunction with our CD, supervise Therapists to ensure clinical/billing accuracy.
- Coordination: Work with case managers, families, medical personnel, and CD to provide comprehensive care.
- Community Engagement: Participate in outreach initiatives and contribute to the clinic’s mission of filling gaps in mental health services.

- Education: PhD in Psychology required
- Licensure: Licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas
- Experience: Experience in mental health documentation, insurance billing, and working with diverse client populations. Those credentialed with the major insurance companies will be given priority in this position.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills, proficiency with typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
