Ellie Mental Health (“Ellie”) is rapidly expanding through The Woodlands, Conroe and CyFair/Jersey Village, and we are seeking a Part-Time Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our brand-new clinics serving these communities. Ellie clinics are structured to remove many of the daily obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services. Ellie makes the clinician’s experience a priority by offering excellent compensation, training, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), CEU’s, and an incredibly inclusive environment. Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more. The role will be primarily located in either our Palm Beach Gardens or Lake Worth locations, with flexibility for some remote work. We offer a blended service model with in-person and tele-health options. You’ll love working in our modern office environment designed with a warm vibe and community feel.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Clinical and billing supervision of licensed Associates to assist with case conceptualization, treatment plans, and documentation.
  • Direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Review and revise documentation of services provided by registered interns that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings
  • Respond to communications and requests from the Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame
 
Required Qualifications and Skills: 
  • Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Active clinical licensure (PsyD or PhD) in the State of Texas 
  • Post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
  • Post-licensure experience in supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows in psychology or related fields.
  • Multicultural competence in mental health
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
  • Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
