- Clinical and billing supervision of licensed Associates to assist with case conceptualization, treatment plans, and documentation.
- Direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Review and revise documentation of services provided by registered interns that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings
- Respond to communications and requests from the Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame
- Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university
- Active clinical licensure (PsyD or PhD) in the State of Texas
- Post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
- Post-licensure experience in supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows in psychology or related fields.
- Multicultural competence in mental health
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required
- Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 based on hours devoted to Ellie.

Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time! So we created a new model: one that puts flexibility, innovative decision-making, creativity, and our people first, while remaining a socially conscious and responsible for-profit business focused on changing how we treat mental health.
