Your Responsibilities:

Provide Outstanding Care: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and use creative interventions to support client progress.
Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to help individuals achieve their goals.
Complete Clinical Documentation: Submit session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews promptly.
Contribute to Our Mission: Attend team meetings and training sessions while helping us break down mental health barriers.
Manage Your Caseload: For part-time clinicians, maintain a flexible caseload that suits your schedule and availability.

Who We’re Looking For:

A Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP, etc.) OR someone close to obtaining full licensure.
Experience with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation.
Ability to complete DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes effectively.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
Clinicians who are credentialed with insurance panels are preferred but not required.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
