- Conduct mental health assessments, implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week (for full-time status)
- Use creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients meet their goals
- Collaborate with families, case managers, medical professionals, and school staff as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team-building activities
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Fully licensed mental health professional in Pennsylvania (LAPC, LSW)
- Experience working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
- Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and clinical documentation
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and case note documentation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and standard office technology
- Location: Allentown, PA
- Schedule: Hybrid
- Reports to: Clinic Manager/Director

Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
