Nestled in the historic Mill District (across from the commuter rail) our site — With its classic architecture and cozy charm — is easily accessible from I-495 and 1-93. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed or license eligible in MA. They will align with our Person-centered philosophy rooted in core values of acceptance, empathy, and authenticity, and will share our passion for improving access to quality mental health services for all. Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week, if full-time status
- Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
- Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
Credentialing Requirements:
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
- Candidates must hold clinical licensure or be working toward licensure, in MA
- Ideal candidates will have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates should have the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Candidates should be able work within a multi-cultural lens
- Candidates should be proficient in Electronic Health Record systems
- Candidates with interest in treating children and families are a plus
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
