- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
- Build and maintain an average caseload of 25client visits per week.
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in our community.
- Submit documentation for each session and coordinate services with other professionals as needed.
- Attend and participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Master's degree in a related field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Licensed or provisionally licensed with the State of Texas.
- Familiarity with crisis intervention, diagnostic skills, and Electronic Health Records (Valant experience is a plus!).
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently and maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License.

Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
