Who We’re Looking For:
We're looking for passionate therapists who are excited to be part of a mission to improve mental health care. If you value autonomy, flexibility, creativity, and a sense of humor, you’ll fit right in at Ellie. We celebrate authenticity, compassion, and determination in everything we do.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients exceed their goals.
- Document sessions according to company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field
- Active Illinois license (PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC)
- Experience with DA, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Experience with all ages; children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Existing client load and community connections
- Experience with couples and families
- Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation
