Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a passionate LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join us at Ellie in Phoenix, AZ. Desired experience and qualifications:
- Candidate must have a valid LCSW with the state of Arizona
- Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults
- Prefer experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools
- Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a caseload of clients and provide clinical supervision to Ellie Menta Health clinicians towards independent licensure. The expectation is to meet a productivity of 32 hours per week with an average of 25 clients and 7 supervisees. The number of supervisees may increase depending on clinic needs and will reduce client caseload accordingly.
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
- Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and essential to your role ;)
