About Ellie Mental Health:
Ellie Mental Health of Conroe & The Woodlands is a pioneering, independently owned and operated, multi-clinic organization, dedicated to revolutionizing mental health care, beginning with our therapists. Our goal is to serve communities with therapists who dynamically engage with their clients, providing exceptional care, and growing awareness of the human condition within their sessions. Our in-person clinics are designed around our therapists, ensuring a consistent but sustainable caseload. If you have dreamed of running your own clinic, find deep meaning in your work, and think consistently in new and different ways, we want to talk with you.

We are impeccably committed to our leaders, encouraging creativity and thoughtful processes to support them. We are refreshingly different than any other mental health care practice, or even other independently owned Ellie locations.  We strive to make our services widely available through the acceptance of commercial insurance payers and small mix of private pay.  Our goal is to eliminate the common barriers in practices, including building caseload, identifying passion populations, scheduling of patients, and simplified billing practices.

Our unique structure lowers the administrative burden traditionally associated with large and small practices, providing a more sustainable, leadership driven model as a viable alternative to exclusively remote provider models that often lead to overworking and burnout. As therapists and leaders, we believe our lives and community experiences are richer and more vibrant with the expansion of our clinics and efforts to meet the needs of our communities.  Our rich culture is the fabric that provides the background for both pre-licensed and fully licensed therapists to find their home and to bring their authentic magic to their work.  Our emphasis on providing direct supervision and mentorship for all levels of licensure, brings a richly curated experience to the lives of our therapists.

At Ellie, we prioritize our clinicians' well-being by offering competitive compensation, highly achievable quarterly bonuses, a wide array of employer-sponsored benefits, 12 paid holidays (including 1 day in your birth month to honor your special day!), paid time and paid CEU course work, dedicated and structured training, flexible work schedules and clear pathways to leadership roles. Our centralized administrative services, technology support, clinic case management and individual clinician mentoring, referral management, and amazing culture, enable our therapists to devote their time to doing what we all love, caring for our clients and communities. At Ellie, we believe that happy therapists with consistent yet manageable caseloads, are better able to sustain a practice that delivers superior client care. Join us as we lead a nationwide movement to transform mental health care.

Who We're Looking For:
We are in search of a passionate and dynamic Clinic Director, that naturally balance both a clinical and business mindset, appreciates and resonates with out-of-the-box thinking, understands how to build and maintain a container of compassion, love, and mentoring, while maintaining a spa-like environment with a strong team of like-minded therapists, dedicated to their own self-care as well as their client’s well-being.

Our ideal candidate is an authentic leader who is enthusiastic about overseeing a thriving practice, that knows how to go the extra thought-mile and help their team achieve a balance of well-being and professionalism in providing clinically appropriate care plans for their clients. We are searching for the right person who naturally shares our commitment to breaking down the barriers to access and providing the best of the best mental health care.  This position will be based in Conroe, but we are also developing future Clinic Directors for other locations in The Woodlands and neighboring Houston communities as we continue to expand.

Our strong culture values creativity, authenticity and positive, solution-oriented thought leaders that bring humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination to their daily journey. If the visionary leader within you resonates with our ethos and believes that mental health can be a satisfying and long-term healing profession, understands cultivating dynamic and empowering environments, we invite you to interview with us.
